Anyhow, some games simply don't offer prompts for both controllers on PC, while others have options in-game to reflect controller prompts accordingly. As far as the wrong prompts, it's more to do with the lack of support on Windows vs Steam. I don't think there's a single game on Steam where I've not been able to use a DS4 or XBOX controller as long as I use DS4Windows, ReWSAD, or a similar program, nor have they caused any issues with anticheats if you're concerned about using 3rd party software. Even though it's not fully supported on Win10, I use a DS4 with no problem, and for 99% of games that "don't support" PS4 controllers, you can just use DS4Windows. When you finally get to the home planet, you have to go to control options and press square/X to get to the graphics options. But it still gives me DS4 button prompts. The problem is you can't have Steam set to support PS4 controllers, ONLY Xbox. To move forward, you hold both sticks forward, or press both keys together, etc. You move my using both sticks at the same time. This doesn't work but might help someone else think of a solution.Originally posted by BrySkye:Took me a few minutes to figure out what the UI was trying to get across. Here's my attempt, using cycling button presses on a regular press activator bound to RT. It's a fairly interesting problem and I thought this subreddit might be able to offer advice or have an idea how this might be accomplished. I am trying to create a config that will allow me to bind that unique command to right trigger, but I haven't had any luck. Here on the upper left of this gif is how the charge 'n roll command is supposed to work. One of the harder tasks is a "Charge 'n Roll" command you can activate by flicking the thumbsticks like a madman. On top of the unique concept comes unique controls - you basically use two thumbsticks to play the game itself. It's a pretty unique type of game concept and is fairly calming to play if you're just looking for something to unwind with. If you've never played Katamari Damacy before, Namco Bandai just released a PC version on Steam yesterday. r/SteamDeck /r/SteamInput /r/GyroGaming /r/SteamControllerMods /r/SteamControllerMusic /r/ControllerSupporters /r/Steam /r/Steam_Link /r/SteamBox /r/SteamHardware /r/SteamOS /r/Valve Filters (subreddit theme must be enabled) Discussion / Configuration: Off News / Meta: Off Support: Off Discussion / Configuration: Off News / Meta: Off Support: On Discussion / Configuration: Off News / Meta: On Support: Off Discussion / Configuration: Off News / Meta: On Support: On Discussion / Configuration: On News / Meta: Off Support: Off Discussion / Configuration: On News / Meta: Off Support: On Discussion / Configuration: On News / Meta: On Support: Off Discussion / Configuration: On News / Meta: On Support: On Meta - Posts regarding the subreddit itself.
